Mô tả công việc

Key Responsibilities:

- Providing technical support to our client- facing teams

- Application support

- Campaign support

- Infrastructure support

- Supporting new client integrations across our international client base liaising with both technical staff & decision makers

- Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex tracking issues

- Analysing log files and records to identify issues & resolutions

- Liaise with non- technical client- facing teams and clients to implement technology solutions

- Integrating our technologies with 3rd party platforms

- Updating support documentation as appropriate

- Scoping technical changes to our technologies ensuring we remain competitive and adapt to market changes

- Working alongside the development team to ensure technical changes are delivered on spec

- You will assist with new client integrations, Provide support and debugging of issues, ticket management and undertaking projects related to our core Adtech Proposition.

Yêu cầu công việc

Join us if you are:
- The ideal candidate will have previous experience with Analytics and Tracking solutions such as Google Analytics, DoubleClick, Teolium, etc.
- Expertise in SQL— (we use a SQL-based interface to query our logs)
- Advanced Excel
- Practical experience working with JavaScript, HTML & CSS
- Native Speaker (Vietnamese) with excellent English command
