Online Marketing Assistant Manager

The Online Marketing Assistant Manager will develop and implement the company’s web-based marketing strategy to promote the company’s brand, attract visitors and potential leads, and generate internet sales.
The candidate will report to Marketing Senior Manager and will be responsible for the following activities.
Department: Marketing
Communicate with clients, affiliate networks and affiliate partners
Collaborates with web design, development, and content staff to monitor and improve search engine optimization (SEO) results for the company’s site(s).
Provide accurate reports and analysis to clients and company management to demonstrate effective return on investment (ROI)
Develop and integrate content marketing strategies
Performs other related duties as assigned.
Maintains current knowledge of trends and developments in online marketing.
Develops and expands company’s web presence through social media, email, web advertising, and other online sources; promotes company brand through these channels.
Use web analytics software to monitor the performance of websites and make recommendations for improvement
Coordinates with other marketing team members to ensure active promotions and campaigns are represented on the website(s).
Assists with budget preparation for marketing department.
Collaborates with web development and design teams; provides guidance on marketing-related aspects of the company’s web presence.
Research new online media opportunities that may benefit the business including mobile, social media seek opportunities to grow existing & new customer business
Plans and implements web-based marketing strategies and campaigns via the company’s website(s).
Drafts, implements, maintains, and revises online marketing campaigns to drive sales and revenue to the company.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient with HTML and web design.
• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field required.
• Good team player
• Customer-centered and result-oriented
• Good communication, data handling and analytical skills
• Competent in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
• Extensive knowledge of marketing principles and strategies.
• Proven ability to plan and implement marketing campaigns, and preferably at eCommerce business.
• English - business level. Fluent in both written and spoken English.
• Actively/ able to handle business operation with less of supervision
• Excellent time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
