Online Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:
Mingle, an online social and dating platform currently own over X (40?) apps and sites. We have over 40 million members to date.
We are looking for data and results driven digital marketing specialists to own the marketing funnel for our dating network. You will be responsible for creating, managing and optimizing effective user acquisition campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands on managing performance marketing campaigns to deliver profitable growth to target and budget.
- Setting up UTM tracking, campaign attribution and ROI calculation methodologies
- Led execution on marketing channels such as: display, email, paid social, content syndication, programmatic, website, etc. to drive aggressive growth targets

- 3+ years in online marketing, growth/performance marketing, or SEO roles
- Efficiency in English is required for both Speaking and writing
- Technically proficient in campaign targeting, testing measurement and optimization across social and various paid and owned channels.
- Knowledgeable about the latest marketing tech stack, web and app analytics.
- Ability to draw insightful conclusions from heavy data sets.
- Intellectually curious, empathetic, and driven to solve hard problems
- Highly structured, data-driven problem solver.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Comfortable making decisions amidst ambiguity, strong bias for action.
- A bachelor's degree minimum
