Online Sales Associate

- Report frequently to supervisor with summary of activity.
- Work with operations department on fulfillment of services. Investigate order discrepancies.
- Track and record all sales activity in the appropriate databases.
- Represent the sales department by participating in interdepartmental teams.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure all elements of the order, sales, and after sales support are being fulfilled.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Manage the all information of website/ LAZADA/ hotline
- Clearly understand and relay the needs for each order. Process orders within established deadlines.
- Communicate in a timely fashion for all sales order confirmation emails.
- Answer and respond to web inquiries, respond appropriately to customer questions and logistics, and close the sale.
- Interact with other departments in a positive, effective, and supportive manner.
- Provide accurate information to retail and warehouse teams when handing off sales.
* Work shift 1: 8am - 5pm
* Working place: 298/2 Khuong Viet, Phú Trung Ward, Tan Phu District, HCMC
Work shift 2: 1pm - 9pm
1 day off / per week (not Saturday & Sunday)

. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills required with a proven record of providing a high level of client service.
. You have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in e-commerce sales Facebook Marketplace, and/or web-based stores.
. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are required with the ability to present a positive and professional impression while interacting with a diverse population.
. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
. Must have knowledge of antiques, period pieces, and building materials, with upcycling experience preferred.
Female: 20- 35 years old, soft voice
. Hard-working and work under high pressure .
