OnTrade - Key Account Manager

About the role:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager (On- trade/ Horeca) to join our team in the Luxury industry in Vietnam (Cigar & Spirits). The Key Account Manager will focus on establishing exceptional offer/combo and opening new accounts in 5* Hotel/ Big Accounts.
Responsibilities:

Ensure monthly and weekly reports are completed as requested (e.g., performance tracking of promotions/ deals, sales, routing, activities).
Open new accounts and grow distribution network as well sales volume.
Private customers: build and develop private customers for premium products segment.
Maintains relationships with customers.
Manage sales forecast for allocated customers + prospect.
Achieve revenue target for customers allocated and prospects.
Other tasks assigned by the Manager & BODs.
Providing smart offer/combo deal to size up our coverage with product availability & sustainable listing & volume driven.
Make and keep updated internal reports (Universe, sales volumes, deals tracking, customers’ issue, contracts, etc.).
Maintain and grow existing customers.
Introduce new products, convince customers, and follow up till getting the final results.

Job requirements
- Have at least 3 years of working as same position in FMCG, F&B, Tobacco, or Wine & Beer industry.
- Making decision & problem- solving skills.
- University Graduate, preferably in Business Administration, Economics and Foreign Trade.
- Effective presentation & Negotiation skills.
- Experienced in dealing/working with 5* Hotel (MUST HAVE).
- Team skills & leadership skills.
