Operation & Accounting Officer

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
• Tracking / checking international and local shipment.
• Maintain an accurate record of financial and bank transactions via accounting software MYOB.
• Reconcile Customer Payments to their Statements/Accounts
• Perform requirement from the F&A Management to ensure the timely and accurate completion of all finance and accounting tasks.
• Work with Australian bases team regarding Logistic issues to ensure the efficiency and compliance.
• Prepare weekly shipment report on time.
• Manage and follow up with the trend of freight charges (weekly/ monthly)
• Check supplier invoices and adjustment notes for accuracy, appropriateness, and correct account coding.
• Process the day - to- day Sales operations within the company.
• Proactive management of email queries from clients and warehouses.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
• Education: Graduated with major in Administrator, English, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics.
• A solid understanding of Australian accounting system, Australian compliance environment.
• Experience in Operation, Accounting, Logistics, Customer Services especially in Australian based Company or Australian outsourcing accounting firm is a plus.
• Good English – written and communication skills.
• Good use of Word, Excel, Outlook, MYOB or business- related software.
