Operation Control

•Enhance the operational procedure, systems and principles in the areas of information flow and management, business processes and enhanced management reporting
•Organize and intensify efficiency support services by ameliorating functions and coordinating communication between businesses and support functions
•Monitoring and Tracking operational KPIs and OKRs of business
•Perform organizational roles that ensure that business regulations are followed
•Provides operational guidance, training and coaching for every departments.
•Examining change request and post approval change request on periodic basis and other documents.
•Ensures staff is trained in the appropriate SOP’s and are up to date
•Provide expertise knowledge to operations to resolve issues or implement corrections.
•Coordinates interdepartmental OKRs to meet business requirement.
•Develops and/or writes investigative reports and supports the investigative process.
•Establish policies for classifying fraudulent acts and corresponding penalties
•Works with management team to address issues and identify trends that help to ensure compliance and fosters the development and implementation of process improvement within the organization
•Assists internal Quality Initiatives and internal Audits as required.

•Bachelor’s degree in related Business/ operation discipline or 3+ years of related experience in a Quality Assurance environment
•Demonstrated management or supervisory experience with strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
•Excellent written and oral communication skills with a strong emphasis on organizational capabilities and external communications.
•Demonstrated flexibility in carrying out various assignments in a high-quality work environment.

•Familiarity with QA/QC concepts and practices
•This position works directly with all Sales / Business Development / Regulatory / and Production departments.
