Operation Coordinator (Up To 15 Mils)

-Create and overview the vendor, material, and customer codes master data.

-Perform data entry of inspection results of products in the production process into SAP system and transfer the quality status properly, sufficiently and in a timely manner.

-Perform data entry of operation as purchase, shipment, sales, warehouse etc. and make sure all reports related are accuracy and correct.

-Export and provide report to all departments for daily, weekly, monthly when needed.

-Provide information about the nonconformity at each stage to fix as well as proposed solution if needed

-Coordinate with other departments to reconcile data, report if required.

-Elaborate all operation reports when required.

-Other tasks as required.

Working TimeMonday to Saturday Mandatory Insurances follow Government Law.

• Education/Academic: Bachelor's degree preferably in accounting/ administrative.
  
• Language/Computer: ProficiencyGood in English both in speaking and writing
  
• Good at Excel, Words, PowerPoint and other office computer skills.
  
• Technical Skills/Competencies: Teamwork player, must be able to work with diverse team members across locations.
  
• Behavioral Competencies: Honest, dedicated, hard-working, can-do attitude.
  
• Work Experience: Work ex – around 1-2 years in accounting/operation field, SAP experience is preferable
