Operation Event/ Activation

•Ability to supervise production, understand production materials, new technologies & offer cost-effective production solutions.
•Ability to work & supervise set up installation with production unit construction.
•Coordination is transporting & warehousing of goods.
•Coordinate closely with relevant teams (Account, Design, Creative) in the early stages of the project to advise and provide the optimal and feasible solutions and options to deploy, implement the content, categories as well as suggested ideas.
•Manage risks, ensure safety and quality for assigned projects.
•Manage the plan - construction progress, handle arising situations of the project.

•At least 2 years experiences as Operation & have done related work
•Must demonstrate excellent professional verbal and written communications skills in both English & Vietnamese.
•Must be able to work on a variety of tasks with minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
•Applicants should have strong attention to details with the ability to organize and prioritize client needs in a fast paced environment.
•Strong computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel & PowerPoint and other related programs.
