Operation Excellence Executive

Role Summary:
• Lead and facilitate Operations Excellence activities at the Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc Site: Operations Standards, Continuous Improvement Projects and XSITE Program
• Have functional report (1st line report) to Operations Excellence Manager and disciplinary report (2nd line report) to Senior Operations Manager
• Assist Operations Excellence Manager and Senior Operations Manager in delivering improvement requests from Customer, Internal Stakeholders or Management
Specific Accountabilities
• Drive rapid improvement initiatives (kaizen) to address immediate opportunities
• Drive the continuous improvement culture ensuring engagement on all levels from the leadership to the shop floor.
• Other tasks as assigned by Operations Excellence Manager and Senior Operations Manager to achieve the business targets.
• Lead and facilitate the deployment of DB Schenker Operations Standards (OS) at Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc Site, which includes 5S Program, Work Instruction Standards, Balanced Scorecard, and Shift Meeting
• Collaborate closely with OE Manager & business unit managers to define OE roadmap
• Facilitate and guide the team at Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc Site to plan, execute and deliver Continuous Improvement Projects
• Act as a role model within & outside the department
• Support Operations Team in developing and deploying Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions
• Lead and facilitate the deployment of XSITE Program to develop Operations Maturity of Ha Nam and Vinh Phuc Site to the next level (XSITE Management Systems, Value Stream Mapping Workshops, Kata Coaching…)
• Assist Operations Excellence Manager and Senior Operations Manager in delivering Customer Projects, as well as respond to improvement requests from Management and internal Stakeholders
• Develop matrix relationships to involve SMEs and conduct improvement activities using problem solving techniques such as brainstorming, fishbone, 5 whys, FMEA, PFMEA, DMAIC
• Regularly collect data, observe current processes, brainstorm together with related functions to identify opportunities of process improvement and cost saving

• Project Management skills
• Can communicate in English fluently (Listening, Reading, Writing, Speaking)
• High-quality in working with attention to details
• Strong data analysis skills (experience with PowerBI is a plus)
• Experience in leading/facilitating Operations Excellence, Continuous Improvement activities
• About 5-year experience in operations environments (manufacturing or logistics), experience in electronics industry is a plus
• Experience with warehouse/logistics operations and processes
• Competent in presentation skills, document skills, and Excel Skills (Macro/VBA is a plus)
• Ability to work independently, self-driven, self-management
• Able to work well under pressure and tight project timeline
• Good knowledge and experience of Lean and/or Six Sigma (Green Belt Training / Certification is a plus)
