Operation Manager

1. Knowledge and experience in business management, marketing, customer care, and analyzing the market to come up with a suitable business plan.

2. Knowledge and experience in the field of lubricants and chemical supply business. Has a wide relationship in the chemical and lubricant industry to get the most timely and fastest price information.

3. Make business plans and marketing plans.

4. Build good relationships with customers, banks, and suppliers.

5. Ability to assess potential and develop new business.

6. Plan to import goods in accordance with financial conditions to ensure that there are always enough stock to supply the market with the best price.

7. Make daily report and monthly report to CEO.

- At least 2 years experience in operation management or similar position.

- Effective relationship management (with internal staff and external customers).

- Proven previous experience in team management is advantageous

- Collaborative, focused on delivery with ability to coach to achieve results but robust and challenging where needed.

- Strategic planning experience.

- Excellent communication skill - spoken and written English.

- Professional attitude and appearance.

- Detailed oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
