Operation Manager

- Lead the operation team for air, sea, export and import from a to z.
- Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.-
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s
- Requirements and customer’s standard operating procedures.
1. Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation
2. Updating freight from carrier/airline/co-loader
3. Updating weekly report(volume, revenue, updating status of picking up d/o, etc.)
4. Managing shift of saturday.
5. Soa with agency(domestic/oversea)
6. Collecting all hard copy of tax invoice(account payable)
7. Cross check all quotation made by operation staff.(especially for d term)
8. Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible
9. Update complain from customer to korean manager based on weekly
10. Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time.

- University /colleges graduation/ major: foreign trade, logistics, economic, marine…
- Experience request: have more than 5 years experience management in logistics company.
- English skill : can communicate with foreign manager fluently
- Teamwork spirit.
- Good command of english (oral and written skill) and computer skills (ms office).
- Good customer service skill/active & hard-working.
- Good health and work under high pressure
