Operation Manager

We are a 100% famous FDI company in the industry; due to the requirement of expanding the business, we are looking for people who have an open mind to be Operation Manager.
• Manage labors during the production and problem solving, daily, weekly, and monthly target setting to adapt to client’s requirement
• Attend the meeting related to production or management meeting to prepare for humanity and machinery
• Headcount review and forecast the order requirement. Co-operated with HR team & manager to fulfill the manpower capacity.
Production Activities
• Resolve problems on-site as they arise, reducing the impact of unforeseen difficulties
• Responsible for site efficient operations and continual improvement of supply chain operation to meet cost and service requirements.
• Set up and implementation of standard operating procedures
• Support and drive implementation of Quality and Environment Management System, IE, HSE
• Evaluate and adjust available production capacity and planned requirements to meet changing demands
• Monitor production cost and overheads, and adjust processes and resources to minimize cost
• Ensure product quality standards are developed and met
• Provide overall direction of the raw materials/storage, operation and people management, and planning activities.

• Strong leadership skill
• IE/ Lean/ Six Sigma is plus
• 3-5 years of experience in the same position, in the garment industry is an advantage
• Good communication and negotiable skills
• Good command of English
• University degree or above
