Operation Manager (Forwarder/ Logistics - Urgent)

- Requirements and customer’s standard operating procedures.
- Number of recruitment: 2 employees
- Handle customers’ enquiries, quotations and overseas agents’ correspondence and offering solutions.
- Perform and resolve customer dispute or complaint cases with care and in compliance with all internal and regulatory company’s.
- Support accounting team to finalize financial report on time.
- Check all emails and follow shipment to prevent the trouble as much as possible.
- Cross check all quotation made by operation staff.(especially for D term).
- Update complain from customer to Korean manager based on weekly.
- Lead the operation team for air, sea, export and import from A to Z.
- Checking all payment request/profit and loss sheet about operation.
- Check SOA with agency(domestic/oversea).
- Updating freight from carrier/airline/co-loader.
- Updating weekly report(volume, revenue, updating status of picking up D/O, etc.).

Yêu cầu công việc

- University/Colleges Graduation/ Major: Foreign Trade, Logistics, Economic, Marine…
- Prefer candidates who can start to work immediately.
- Good customer service skill/Active & hard-working.
- Experience request: Have more than 3-5 year experience in logistics company.
- Excellent command of English (Oral and of written skill) and computer skills (Microsoft office).
- Teamwork spirit.
- Specialized skill and experienced for Logistics experience.
- Good health and work under high pressure.
