Operation Officer Intern

BusMonitor:

Monitor student behavior and maintain a disciplined and orderly environment on the bus.
Ensurethe safety and well- being of students during bus transportation to and from POLY.

Child Supervision:

Engagechildren in age- appropriate activities and maintain a positive learning environment.
Supervise students during outings and ensure their safety and adherence to rules.
Provide supervision and ensure the safety of children during their stay at POLY.

Teaching Assistant (TA):

Assist in various types of classes at POLY under the guidance of the teaching staff.
Supportthe teachers in implementing lesson plans and engaging students in learning activities.

Operational Support:

Assist the operation officer in daily operational tasks as required.
Completeadministrative duties, including data entry, document preparation, filing, etc.
Contribute to the efficient running of the center by assisting with tasks such as inventory management, resource preparation, etc.
Ensureaccurate and timely completion of administrative tasks as assigned.

Other Assigned Tasks:

Undertake additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor to support the smooth functioning of the center.

Able to work 43 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
University student.
Demonstrated passion and interest in teaching children and young learners.
Customer- oriented, friendly, patient, proactive, and highly organized.
Proficient in both English and Vietnamese languages.
Ability to effectively communicate with children, parents, and colleagues.
