Operation Planner

- Sustain communication channels between Procurement, Marketing, Logistic and production areas
- Together with Operation Group Leader to executes effectively in trouble shooting plant operating problems and equipment failures in order to prevent or to minimize production outage
- Coordinate with Materials & Services in evaluating alternative chemical suppliers, other consumables as well as third party services
- Conduct assignment task from supervisor
- Daily monitoring of plant material & utilities consumption’s against targets and advice timely and appropriately to restore to the normal condition should deviation occur
- Assist Operation Group Leader reparation of group yearly budget and monitoring of budget utilization, focal person for Materials & Service Requisition
- Manage production planning activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost & quality targets and production schedules, ensure compliance of standards. Executing the production plan and ensure the required production output
- Prepare & update monthly production plan and monthly production reports in consultation with Operation Group Leader

Knowledge:
Special: Can use SAP system
Education level: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration is a plus.
Skill:
- Experience with inventory control, inventory databases, MS Excel and MS Word, Access.
- The ability to organize, prioritize and work independently with minimal direction is essential. An attention to detail and the ability to multitask is a must.
- Be able to issue Procedure, speaking & writing report in English
- Ability to co-ordinate interdepartmental production activities
