Operation Staff – Operation Department

• Create container deposit agreements on the system and send to customers upon request.
• Send list of empty containers return to assigned depots daily until the ERT system is installed for the depots completely
• Assign empty containers return to depots accordingly. (ratio / container type / off-hire containers ...)
• Answer customers’ inquiries by the phone about EDO process/ Container deposit process, deposit refund ...
• Other tasks given by Manager of Operation Department, if any.

- Enthusiastic, dynamic and well-organized;
- Vietnamese Citizen;
- Supper computer literacy with capability in MS Office;
- Working Experience: Unnecessary
- Willing to meet objectives under higher pressure.
- Work comfortable under pressure and attention to detailed;
- Gender: Female or Male
- Fluent in comprehension, written and spoken English;
- Good communication, presentation skill, interpersonal skill, report skill;
- Graduated from universities, colleges of University of Economics, University of Maritime University, Foreign Trade….. or related (essential);

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
