Operational Excellence Assistant

Organize and/or conduct training sessions to the team when a new process is applied.
Update new guideline/instructions from the Knowledge center of Olam to catch up the organizational directions.
For new digital tools and applications:

Work with third parties and other supporting teams in Olam to catch up the project timeline and then do your duties.
In each application or platform, prepare Dashboards and reports for the internal team to monitor their performance.

For current digital tools and applications:

Identify the emerged needs of other departments, then develop new functions of the tools/application.
Procedures of departments could be change you will update the current tool to meet their requirement of efficiency.

- Work place : Nhut Chanh Industrial Park, Nhut Chanh Commune, Ben Luc District, Long An Province. Bus for employees coming from HCMC.

Bachelor degree in industrial management, industrial system engineering, chemical technology, food technology, engineering i.e. electrical or mechanical
Experience: Not required
Demonstrate knowledge of:

Intermediate-level computer skills: MS Word, Excel, Power point, Outlook, Internet.
Production activities in a factory.
Intermediate-level in English is highly required.
Management is an advance (i.e. Strategy, Project).

Analytic mind is an advance.
Communication and interpersonal skills are crucial.
