The Operations Admin & Reporting Executive will report to Chief Operating Officer within the Operations Department and based at the terminal located at Cai Mep, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria-Vung Tau province. Some key tasks of the position include:
v Reporting function:
- Coordinate with Operations & other related Departments to prepare the following report: Operation Incentive, Operation performance, One Stream report, Company dashboard.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports for Senior Management Team.
- Coordinate with OPS teams to collect and prepare data supplying to B.I projects
v Claim handling function:
- Be responsible to ensure claim process with all claimants (Shipping Lines/ ICDs/ Customers) in terms of compensation or liability of cargo/container losses.
- Prepare monthly summary claim report to direct manager.
- Cooperate with DCFO to control & maintain the Terminal’s insurance policy & regulations regarding with the global renewal process required.
v OPS Admin Function:
- Check information of lashing/unlashing; Mooring/Unmooring; Deck controllers & Extra Service & confirm Stevedore Company for Red Invoice issuance.
- Check quantity and settle payments to some extra services of terminals (ex: cleaning and grading container service, repairing reefer/empty containers service, surveying service, stuffing & unsnuffing service ...) & confirm suppliers for Red Invoice issuance.
- Check information of vessels calling during the month escorted by escort police for Red Invoice issuance
- Work with Procurement Department, Financial Department for settling payment of our resource services requested by OPS department.

The ideal candidates have:
Ø A college or university degree in Logistics, Shipping, Operations Management, or related discipline.
Ø Excellent English speaking and writing skills
Ø Excellent Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
Ø Prefer at least two years of work experience in a container terminal, preferably with experience in Shipping Lines.
Ø Prefer in depth knowledge of berth planning process and related documentation.
Ø Requires some knowledge of accounting, billing, and associated documentation.
Ø Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
Ø Requires ability to use computerized vessel operation software system(s).
Ø Prefer familiarity with the strict implementation of international standards of safe working practices within marine, stevedoring and terminal operations
