Operations Coordinator For Ielts/Academi/Cambridge International English In-School Programs

Customer Service
Being available to contact during school operating hours
Sending/sharing reports with the relevant schools
Collecting formal and informal feedback from schools
Providing schools with updates on how each class is doing overall

Student management
Checking in with students regularly to assess their progress and feeling toward the program
Monitoring students’ progress on the program
Identifying students who need tutoring (with the teacher)
Collecting formal and informal student feedback

Coordinating with teachers
Observing students’ behavior and performance in lessons
Being available to contact prior/during/following class times
Checking in with Atlantic’s teachers regularly to get feedback on how things are going with each class and to follow up on any issues raised

Resolving school issues
Identifying potential problems and working with relevant schools to resolve them
Following up on issues raised by schools

Essential
● Computer literacy – MS Office/Google applications
● Vietnamese national
● Holder of Bachelor’s degree
● Proactive, interpersonal and detail-oriented
● Good communication skills, both in English and Vietnamese
Preferred
● English language proficiency of B2 (IELTS 6.5) or higher
● Experience of operations or customer service
● Experience working in the education field
