Operations Excellence Manager

Role Summary

Lead ISO and other Certifications related to CL business for South
To support design, document & implement new processes for new and existing customers in close cooperation with Site Operations Managers ,IT and BD
To initiate, lead & implement Continuous Improvement initiatives in South Vietnam operations

Specific Accountabilities

Internal KPI reporting re Operations Efficiency
Support implementations of new clients and hand-over to the operations teams
Attend meetings with existing & new customers for solution design and process improvements.
Join with Site Operations Managers to design of storage systems, MHE selection and other material flow systems in close cooperation with Procurement and relating functions
Permanent Optimization Process: Train staff and facilitate POP workshops win close cooperation with Site Operations Manager
Lead customer audits incl action plan follow up in close cooperation with HSSE and Site Operations Managers
Analyze and improve the performance of current operations incl but not limited to process, IT solution, resources
Be responsible for 5S & POP reporting to RHO
Support improve CL Quality Management system in close cooperation with VN QHSSE lead

Required Skills

Data analysis using xls and presenting results and ideas in ppt to customers and internally
University degree in a technical or commercial field
Can Do attitude to overcome challenges
Self-driven
Good command of written and oral English
Able to lead & drive project teams with diverse external & internal stakeholders

Quality mindset with attention to detail

Experience and Qualifications

Experience in project management
Familiar with 5S, Value Stream Mapping, Root Cause Analysis and Corrective Action Plan
Minimum 3 years experience in Warehousing Operations
