Operations Manager

SUMMARY:

the continual operation of facility mechanical systems, maintaining all test equipment, and engaging in

The Operations Manager is responsible for setting the operations vision and focus for the company and
following: maintaining the physical building structures, providing a clean building environment, managing
facility planning and development. The Operations Manager is also responsible for coordination of the
providing leadership to the testing facilities. The Operations Manager will provide oversight to ensure the
RESPONSIBILITES:
• Identify and prioritize lab workflow for long-term business efficiency, growth, and success
• Ensure the test facility is clean and orderly
• Ensure workers are trained to do specific tests
• Coordinate and schedule all lab testing
• Work with Sales Department to ensure the correct tests are conducted
• Train and supervise Operations department Technicians
• Maintain test equipment as needed based on the maintenance schedule
• Help to implement and maintain 12-month goals and projections of Operations department

• Operations management experience in a lab environment a plus
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Effective multi-tasking, problem-solving, and leadership skills
• Good English verbal and written communication skills
• 5+ years of supervisory/management experience required
• Bicycle and outdoors sporting goods experience a plus

Performance Bonus up to 120% monthly salary
