Operations Manager

ZIMI Tech Inc. is hiring for passionate, driven and reliable Operations Manager who can wear multiple hats in the areas of affiliate marketing, payments and customer service.

Duties and Responsibilities:
•Building partnerships and can do affiliate marketing
•Driving the revenue by seeking new channels to expand to other markets
•Devising strategies to drive online traffic, tracking conversions & increasing revenue
•Working closely with payment partners to leverage the relationships and ensure maximum value through a collaborative approach
•Ability to maintain good professional relationship with existing and new customers
•Driven and resourceful in finding new approaches to improve the business process
•Maintain detailed records of customers and analyze client data.
•Perform other duties as assigned by the team leader or immediate superior

Job Qualifications:
•Solid experience in sports betting / online gaming or any similar industries
•Required Languages: English / Vietnamese
•Amenable to work in one of the central business districts (CBD) of the Philippines – Makati City
•Exceptional communication skills– both written and verbal– and the ability to build a genuine rapport with prospects
•Understanding on basic bookkeeping and accounting skills a plus
•Can handle internal and external communication with courtesy and professionalism
