* Functional objectives
- Ensure a continuous development and improvement of his/her area of responsibility.
- Ensure to reach the targets by controlling the defined KPIs of all departments
- Ensure the customer focus and a balance of the operational functions
* To be responsible for:
- Support the further development of the entire Operations team
- The delivery of the right products to the right time with the right quality to our customers
- Breaking the company and plant strategy down to functional targets
- The systematic controlling of the company related KPI systems and implementation of related actions
- Close cooperation and coordination with all linked functions for securing deadlines, quality and cost targets
* Management:
- Balance the requirements and needs of all operational functions related to the current situation - Other duties assigned by the Top Management
- Execution of the financial and personal planning for this area of responsibility.
- Planning and covering of qualitative and quantitative personnel requirements to assure smooth processes within his/her responsible areas (short- mid- and long term)
- Require and implement improvement actions to prepare the operations area for the future
- Efficient leadership and orientation in the area of responsibility
- Leading, motivating and developing employees in the area of responsibility

- Initiative, strong leadership, passionate, ability to work under pressure, professional mindset
- Fluent English skill
- 5 - 10 years of experience at the relevant position in manufacturing company as an Operation/Plant/Factory Manager
- University Degree
