Operations Process Performance Management Specialist

Support Performance management team to:

• Build up logic or methodology of report, dashboards supporting performance tracking
• Perform necessary activities for process quality control purpose
• Propose solution for process performance improvement
• Support units of Operations Division to plan and execute projects under Operations and projects under other Business units
• Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of projects
• Undertake other tasks assigned by Head of Process Management Department

• Bachelor Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Finance
• At least 02 year experience working in the same position, preferably in banking or financial institution.
• Strong understanding of banking process management
• Strong analytical and report writing skills
• Attention to details and results-driven
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Word
• Ability to work across functions and be aggressive to get things done
• Excellent command of Vietnamese and English (written & verbal)
• Ability to work effectively under pressure
• Business-related awareness and a good knowledge of current affairs
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task
• Strong report management experiences (preferably in banking or finance environment)
