Operations Staff And Sales Executive (Hai Phong City)

***JOB DESCRIPTIONS:
OPERATIONS STAFF
+ Ensure daily operations are completed as per procedures
+ Well co-ordinate with Sale team, CS team & invoicing team to make sure whole process is properly followed
+ Handle documentation for SEA/AIR Freight Import/Export shipments including main jobs below:
+ Back up jobs for other documentation staffs or OP manager when necessary
+ Report special cases/ troubles and work result to OP manager and President
+ Ensure to understand Vietnam labor laws and companies/ department policies/ regulations are followed
+ Coordinate with oversea partners to work smoothly
+ Follow up working guideline given by customer, partner
+ Search for new and potential forwarder and service provider/ broker then negotiate for best prices and other commercial conditions
SALES EXECUTIVE
• Set up business and action plan
• Seeking and develop new customers and expand relationships to prospects
• Build strong relationships to customer and vendors

* JOB REQUIREMENTS:

+ Good skill of Interpersonal communication and Customer Service
+ Ability to work under pressure and have good team work and regular job rotation spirit
+ Prefered CHINESE Languague
+ Experienced person in FORWARDING, LOGISTICS, WAREHOUSING COMPANY,...
+ Own transportation
+ Good at Internet, MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point)
+ Good at English (Reading & Writing), basic in communication
+ Good with figures, responsible, careful, detail-oriented, dynamic and hard-working
SALES EXECUTIVE
• Good at interpersonal communication
• University or College graduation
• Sales working experience in Freight Forwarding/Logistics related is advantage
• Careful, dynamic and hard-working
• Excellent interpersonal/persuasive skill and sales orientation, achievement driven
• Challenge, Innovation, Teamwork spirit
• Proficient in PC knowledge & typing
• Good command of both speaking and writing English
