Check import requirement procedure to import cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code, import license ( if any)
Contact with customer to prepare to do import customs clearance, update information for cargo release to CNEE.
Fulfil Control table sheet.
Received pre-alert from oversea, file manifest, send arrival notice to customer, and release Delivery Order to customer.

Received inquiries from customer/ oversea and arrange for booking
Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation.
Contact with customer to prepare to do export customs clearance, update information for cargo release to customer.

Check export requirement procedure to export cargo and reply to customer, oversea, MSDS, HS code,

Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office, Incoterm 2010.
Strong and never give up spirit
University graduated, major in Economics, Foreign Trade, Maritime and so on.
High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.
At least 2 years with knowledge in all fields: Air & sea freight forwarding and logistics operation, Domestic delivery.
Willing to learn and high motived.
Good negotiation and communication skill
Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
