Operator (Customer Service)

• Follow the direction of Leader or Line manager
• Use dedicated tools in working (receiving tickets, update status and information)
• Learn business with procedure and practice them
• Receive customer issue/request, reply/solve them quickly
• Ensure issue/request to be closed correctly with customer’s confirmation
• Report to Leader or Line Manager
• Work in shifts, on weekend or holiday with full benefits according to Labor Code

• Graduated from College or University
• Good working attitude
• Has logical thinking
• Japanese language skill equivalent to N2 or English language skill equivalent to TOEIC 800
• Good communication skill

Negotiable up to VND23,000,000 GROSS depend on your qualification and experience
