Optimization Intern

Digital Campaign Execution:

Assist in keeping track and measure daily/weekly/monthly & overall campaign performance, assess against goals (KPI Result, Media Metrics, Cost,…);
Support in identifying trends and insights, as well as up-to-date technical optimization tactics to continuously improve Digital performance quality with measurable impact on clients&039; marketing, business activities & our company&039;s development.
Support Team in the execution, the day to day running of all Digital campaigns to ensure effectiveness & efficiency in performance management & KPI achievement.
Report campaign progress, KPIs, P&L to COO/CEO.

Media Planning:

Assist in strategically developing digital media plans as a solution for the client’s brief.

In your daily work, you will closely cooperate with the Internal team (Account & Digital Planner) to together deliver and ensure the optimal campaign planning & execution.

No experience requirements;
Able to work full-time for at least 3-6 months;
Have a long-term orientation to Halocom, at least 1 year after completing the training.
Have Optimism and positive energy;
Have knowledge/experience in Digital marketing is a plus;
Fast learning & self-sufficient;
Good at math/logical thinking is a plus;

Performance review every month;
Highly motivated in the working environment;
Training algorithm in all digital channels: Google, Facebook, Zalo, Linkedin, Tik Tok, DSP,...;
Training about categories: FMCG, Banking, Ecommerce, Fintech, Classified, OTA, Beauty, Education,...;
