The Job: Order Processing Executive

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for imported shipment to the warehouse.

• Do goods receive on the system.

• Create orders then work with the warehouse to plan for picking/shipping out.

• Check return and make replacement orders.

• Follow the delivery order during transportation until the customer receipt.

• Upload all stock transfer into the system.

• Work with customers, transporters, and warehouses for any claims.

• Plan on delivery schedule to minimize cost.

• Periodic check inventory at the warehouse and on the system

Requirements

• 1-2 year-experience in order processing, customer service or operations.

• Fluent in English (reading and writing), speaking is a plus.

• Hardworking & detail-oriented

• Always be curious. Always learning
