Organization Management Specialist/Senior Officer/Officer

Provide consultation to BUs on organization development to optimize operation/ resource as well as rationalize structure;
Manage organization chart management system (OMS) to ensure smooth and effective application in all HR activities;
Manage JDs pack of the whole bank, consult and support on JD development upon requests;
Coordinate with relevant parties to support BUs to complete documents regarding organization changes timely and legally;
Other tasks as assigned.
Support to develop policies, regulations, frameworks in organization change management to facilitate the implementation;
Co-ordinate/monitor/implement HR projects as assigned;
Provides coaching on JD development for stakeholders when required;
Develop HR analytic reports;

At least 3 - 4 years (Specialist), 2- 3 years (Senior Officer)/1 years (Officer) experience preferably within the Banking Industry;
Good computer skills (Excel, Powerpoint…);
Result-oriented and abilty to meet deadlines;
Excellent strategic thinking, planning, decision-making and problem-solving skills;
Excellent project management skills;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Proactive with ability to be innovative and drive things forward;
Fluency in English (both oral and written).
Degree holder in Business Administration, Human Resource or other related business field;
