Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and creative User Acquisition Specialist to join our growing team. As a User Acquisition Specialist, you will create and execute acquisition campaigns across various channels to increase user acquisition. You will work closely with the marketing team and data analysts to assess, measure, and optimize the effectiveness of different acquisition channels and campaigns.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with data analysts to measure and report campaign performance.
Develop and implement user acquisition plans across various channels such as social media, search engine marketing, display, mobile advertising, and email marketing.
Communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on campaign objectives and strategies.
Collaborate with the creative team to develop effective ad creatives and other marketing materials.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust bids, budgets, and targeting based on data- driven insights.
Conduct market research to stay up- to- date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Continuously optimize campaigns to achieve maximum ROI.
Requirements:
Bachelor&039;s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong knowledge of performance marketing, digital advertising channels (including display, mobile, social media advertising, PPC) and attribution models.
Proficiency in digital marketing platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other demand- side platforms.
Proven experience as a User Acquisition Specialist, with a track record of success in creating and executing acquisition campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
