[JOB DESCRIPTION]
*** Owner Representative
- Maintain control and coordination between the Business Owner and the operator
- Participate in the evaluation and development of Sales and Innovation Programs to create unique, loyal and consistent customer files with the brand of the corporation being built;
- Advise Director and the BOD on policies related to hotel business activities;
- Ensure all service level agreements are in compliance
- Annual Business plan preparation with a detailed focus on revenue forecasting for the Hotel project or business.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, plan and monitor the plan, progress, negotiate and finalize the pre-opening plan with operator, ensure a reasonable budget for the items;
- Regularly evaluate and review business indicators, sales reports, financial statements, etc... of the hotel and coordinate with hotel operators to come up with optimal solutions to meet business performance for the best hotel.
- Responsible for working, contacting and planning to cooperate with travel agencies to promote sales;
- Controlling reports, making statistics of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports and always providing timely reporting data to Director to report to the BOD decisions to promote effective business and adjust the hotel&039;s business plans and objectives (if any);
- Make statistics, and continuously update market reports related to tourism, hotel and related industries, in order to identify business opportunities, give advice to the BOD on strategies sales, marketing strategy, customer attraction strategy to achieve the set business targets;
- Responsible for planning review, control and evaluation of business plans, sales plans, budgets and proposals of units cooperating with corporation in order to make appropriate recommendations;
- Support Director in negotiating with hotel operations management brands, related partners and 3rd parties to ensure the criteria set forth by the management;
*** Pre-Opening Management Senior Associate (Hospitality)
- Regularly update and provide information about the project to the Hotel Management Director. Coordinating information and connecting other departments with the Hotel Management Board to carry out preparations for the opening of the hotel (including applying for permits and certificates).
- Manage hotel operations management contracts. Monitor progress and make payments on time as specified in the contract.
- Coordinate with related departments to develop pre-opening budget and implement pre-opening plan.
- Monitor/ manage and record pre-opening activities (including recruitment, procurement, media and sales)
- Develop a pre-opening plan for the project, submit it to the Board of Directors for approval, and notify relevant units.
- Control pre-opening tasks/budgets as planned.
- Interact and accept list of equipment and OS&E for operation with operator and coordinate for the Procurement Division to deploy.
*** Project Development Senior Associate (Hospitality)
- Negotiate commercial terms
- Review contract terms with operators;
- Ensuring that the hotel project is managed and completed satisfactorily by liaisoning with the required team of qualified experts like architects, planners, specialist consultants.
- Coordinating information between hotel & resort operators and internal Departments/ Divisions;
- Other related tasks as directed
- Research opportunities to expand markets, improve sales strategies and connect partners
- Maintain relationships with partners
- Coordinate with other departments to develop products suitable for current needs
- Advice on concept design and operational functionality of the hotel infrastructural designs at every stage of development
- Advise the Board of Directors on planning, design and operation of hotels, resorts, and real estate projects;
- Responsible for reporting to Director for approval of design policy of assigned items;
- Search and sign with partners, operators
- Presenting and guiding international partners/guests on ongoing projects of the corporation;
*** Financial Analyst (Hospitality)
- Develop predictive financial models to support organizational decision-making
- Evaluate capital expenditures and depreciation
- Establish benchmarks for financial processes
- Work closely with operator, hotel operations team, sales & marketing, procurement, and other internal departments to build and control budget
- Conduct market research and study
- Analyze processes to identify gaps that can improve profit margins
- Tracking a hotel financial performance against a plan, analyzing business performance and market conditions to create forecasts, and helping senior management make tactical and strategic decisions by providing periodic reports.
- Construct and monitor financial projections, budgets
- Provide regular reports and analysis on performance of hotel. Propose ways to maximize GOP accross all assets
