PA to Production Manager (Base in Quy Nhon)

Responsible of contact jobs between Production with the rest of Departments within GI company such as: Technical, Purchasing, Shipping, Customer Service etc…make sure of job run smoothly and inform to Production Manager if any issue happen at once
Responsible of communication among Production Team such as: QC, Final QC staff and Manager to get daily accurate information of Wip status among factories
Doing Secretary jobs such as: Meeting Preparation Internal or External, Production Report, QC Report, Master Color Panel Report etc….
On behalf of Production Manager to contact with outside factories such as Planning Dept for pushing shipment on time smoothly
Others task and duties from time to time from management not stated on above.
Daily or Hourly checking messages,emails, translate into VN or ENG if needed. Then contact or follow up with related people, departments or outside factories to have answers or results on time

Proactive, Problem Solving
University Degree, especially Accountant, Technical or any related course
At least 3 years as PA in foreign furniture company
Can Do Attitude, High-Pressure Adaption
Microsoft Office fluency
Mature, Smart,Well-Communication, Confidential characters etc
Independent decision making skills
Planning experiences will be advantaged
Teamwork oriented and result person
English verbal and written fluency
