PACKAGING DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST/Chuyên viên phát triển bao bì

BASIC PURPOSE OF THE POSITION
• Support Layout Development activities (coordinated by Marketing Department)
• Develop the packaging guideline of production, guide Production Department complete the production process of packaging
• Coordinate packaging development activities both for existing and new items ensuring that Packaging Development Requirements are well defined, planned, documented and executed according to PVN, Group PD and National Quality Standards
• Provide information relevant to Packaging Materials to other Departments
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Coordinate Packaging Development Activities
Drive the development of Packaging Items test methods and relevant testing SOPs
Provide suitable and detailed testing result to be shared with relevant Departments
Drive proper testing activities (trial on packing line, ASLT, Transportation test…) for New and Existing Packaging Materials items investigating machinability, product protection and stability
Validate together with M&E suitability of new packaging machinery
Support Layout Development
To TD preparation on corrugated carton, to final package technical standard
Check & approve layout of new packaging items for QC incoming inspector.
Support Supervisor to prepare TD preparation on preliminary package as well as secondary package, to final package technical standard.
Develop the packaging guideline of production, guide Production Department complete the production process of packaging
Accordance with the relevant packaging guideline to guide the Production Department to complete the production process of packaging…
According to the product packaging requirements from Marketing Department / NPD Export, combined with the characteristics of the packaging machine to develop the packaging guideline of production.
Provide info and Document to other Departments
To Tentative finish goods standard setting
To be responsible for commercial package BOM
To prepare Technical Specifications for Packaging Materials items, supported by proper documentation (Supplier Technical Data Sheets, Food Safety Certificates, etc.)
Others
Manage Master Data of Packaging Material and information of packing equipment system
Manage document of Quality system (ISO)
Manage material sample & product after finish trial (follow 5S)
Provide support service to daily production operation in relation to packaging process and quality improvement
Propose cost saving project for packing material in a rational quality/cost level.
Support/solve quality issue of packaging to Production Department
Support to prepare the sample for meeting

Education, Qualifications and Training:
• Bachelor Degree in Packaging / Material & Chemical Engineer / Food and Beverage Technology / Mechanical Engineering
Experience required (e.g. Past Roles, Level, Years of Experience, Technical, People Management, etc.):
• More than two years in package development
• Experience in FMCGs industry is preferable
Specialised Knowledge or Skills required (e.g. Technical, Cross- functional, etc.):
• Problem solving

• Teamwork
Critical Technical- Functional (Professional) Competencies:
• Professional package knowledge.
• Confectionery characteristic and its relation to protection.

• English: Reading, Writing are fair, Listening, Speaking are medium level.
• Ms Office Software (word, excel, ppt.)
• Auto CAD basic
