Packaging Development Supervisor

Responsible for identifying and progressing of the projects related to Sustainability and Continuous Improvement projects.
- Upload SAP and Devex/PDR system timely with documents and recipes.
- Verify the accuracy of technical documents provided by supplier as well as food safety requirement in compliance with PVM standard.
- Lead and identify Sustainability projects & Continuous Improvement opportunity and in alignment with P&T Director, PD Manager.
- Progress Sustainability and Continuous Improvement projects by working cross functions to assure the regular delivery and achievement as target.
- Work across functions to coordinate all the trial activities (Lab/Industrial trial, shelf-life test, transit test).
- Work with Finance to calculate the plastic consumption impact.
Work across functions with Procurement on activities related to new supplier assessment and new packaging material technical verification.
Providing Info and Document to other Departments
- To be responsibility to provide information to create new PM code and update package BOM accordingly.
- To be responsibility to provide Specification, samples to related to department accordingly.
Others
- Managing Master Data of Packaging Material and information of packing equipment system.
- Analyzing causes and solve quality issue of packaging to Production Department.
- Managing document of Quality system (ISO).
- Providing support service to daily production operation in relation to quality improvement.
- Supporting to prepare the sample for meeting.

- At least 5-year experience in packaging development in innovation & substainability projects
- Proactive, good in stakeholder management and communication skill
- Candidates has experiences working in same position in FMCG or packaging vendor are preferred.
- Proficiency in English in both speaking & writing
