Packaging Development Supervisor

Lead and take care the performance and deadlines in ways that comply with company’s plans and vision and communicate them to subordinates
Organize workflow and ensure that employees understand their duties or delegated tasks.
Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching them.
Take care/ follow some important projects
Pass on information from upper management to employees and vice versa
Ensure adherence to legal and company policies and procedures and undertake disciplinary actions if the need arises
Decide on reward and promotion based on performance
Receive complaints and resolve problems relate the packaging team
Prepare and submit performance reports
Build the document training and team document records
Hire and train new employees, assign RBO management as well as the mentor mentee of PKG team

- Proven experience as supervisor or relevant role
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Knowledge of printing/ packaging technology
- University from Printing faculty
- Knowledge of the Manufacturing Company
- Ability to work independently, interact and cooperate well
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of product development
- Knowledge of lab, quality, printing
- Observation, judgment, analysis, synthesis skill
