Pacs Manager

* Handling other tasks as the top priorities of local business from time to time under the leadership of Vietnam system PACS Lead
* To have the key role in supporting the functional departments in the corporate in the social communication & relationship in assigned region
* To take the lead in coordination of the relevant functional departments to solve the customers&039; complaints in assigned region
* To handle works under the assignments of PACS Director.
* To be responsible for protection and enhancement of the good reputation and image of the corporate in assigned region
* Execute the PACS strategy and plan in the assigned region
RESPONSIBILITIES
Customers&039; satisfactory management
- Resolve the customers&039; complaints by dealing/interaction with the relevant customers and local government authorities
- Maintain the CIC disciplines and routines as process to support sales and supply chain
Neiborhood management/engagement for:
- Provincal stakeholder engagement
- Market expansion support initiatives
- Plant operation continuity
Handling other tasks as the top priorities of local business from time to time under the leadership of Vietnam system PACS Lead

Knowledgable in risk accessment and analysist
Bachelor degree
Fluently speaking and writing English and Vietnamese
Good knowledge in the corporate profile and products&039; information
Knowlegable in media, society and government relations management
2-4 years experience in the same role
Good communication, leadership skills and presentation skills
