Pandora Vietnam - Performance Analysis

POSITION SUMMARY AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Participate in analysis, research SEO projects, Social Media Marketing, Development of the website... before applying it.
• Performing the Digital Marketing operations on the Social Media, Display Ads, Search Ads (Facebook, Google, Coc Coc, Zalo, Email, Adnet,…)
• Design landing pages on instapage, ladipage platforms,… for sales, product launches or event communication
• Research customers and needs of each audience to come up with a Marketing Performance implementation plan
• Monitor and optimize commercial campaigns Maximum value and conversion rate.
• Measurement, analysis, and optimal indexes are needed to reach KPI.
• Using tools to analyze market information and competitors to expand and optimize marketing activities
• Research, updating technology, new algorithms and crafts
• Setup and operate chatbots on Social Media platforms and implement Marketing Automation campaigns
• Receive briefs, work with the project implementation team, design data tables yourself to collect complete and detailed reports to assist in sticking to & KPI goals
SUGGESTED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• Proficient in organizing documents, data files (Excel, Google Sheet), designed the tracking data panel and linked data files with each other.
• Proficient in setting up advertising campaigns on Social Media channels, Display ads, Search ads (Facebook, Google, Zalo, Tiktok, linkedin...), especially Facebook
• 2+ year experience in a similar position, preferably in the retail industry of multinational companies.
• Logical thinking, creativity, initiative in work
• Having worked in Performance Marketing is an advantage
• Skilled in Reporting, analyzing data and providing optimal solutions.
• Quick processing of the problems
• The ability to research, refer to documents globally, and localize to a presentation
• Good communication and presentation skills.
