Panel Parts Quality Engineer

OBJECTIVE / PURPOSE
- To assure the Quality of the purchased parts, in the Production Lines as well as the Products, through Parts Quality assurance schemes and joint Enginnering activities with the Suppliers.
PRINCIPAL ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure the overall Incoming Layout, material flow, SOP&039;s, Test Equipment/tools, systems, and the implemented IQC operation; are effective to warrantee the Parts Quality at the production Lines.
To develop and review the SOP’s including detail inspection and Testing methods, using the corresponding instruments.
To perform First Article Inspection according to the Parts Specification, Drawing and ISO Procedures.
Participate in the Supplier quantity allocation process, and make recommendations to Sourcing team based on Suppliers Quality score cards and new suppliers’ assessments
To execute/drive the Continuous improvement programs of IQC Operations
To escalate in a timely and proper manner any situation that may cause an impact to the CTTV Plant; in order to prevent any negative impact to the plant, due to parts Quality.
To monitor and confirm the parts Quality improvement from the finding until the closure by reviewing the Corrective Actions of the suppliers (8D’s 5W1H and other problem-solving methods), Confirm the Corrective in the Supplier process and monitoring the results
To perform failure analysis to the defective parts to find the root cause and make a precise feedback to the vendor and Corrective Action and Preventive Action request.
Participate in the New Supplier introduction process, perform Quality Audits and process Audits. Develop the Part Quality document.

Office (Word, Excel, Power Point), CAD or Solid Work,
Coordination, communication, leadership, teamwork development, supervision skills and negotiations skills with Suppliers.
Education: Electric Engineer, Electronic Engineer or Equivalent
English 80% written and spoken. 100% Vietnamese language,
Knowledge of Drawing interpretation, Specifications. Metrology: Hands-on in Instruments for testing and measurements for electrical parts,
Analysis, Planning skills.
Min 2 years’ experience in the quality assurance for Electrical parts, Electronic part, Incoming inspection, Supplier Audits and Supplier relationships, IQC sampling plans, Problem solving Tools (8D&039;s, CE-chart, 5W1H, etc.). X-Ray, ICP, XRF and On-Going Reliability test
Knowledge of Gauge R&R, Cpk, Pk, FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, CAPA, NCR&039;s and SCAR&039;s, SQE & AQL
