Partner Success Agent (Quantity: 04)

We are looking for a full time Partner Success Agent (PSA) that understands the Vietnam Tourism Industry, especially in the field of Partners development. PSA will play an important role in developing the Travel Agents network, while keeping a close relationship between Travel Agents and KKday. Therefore, PSA needs to have excellent customer searching and communication skills to show our unique selling points to customers
JOB DESCRIPTION:
-Report work weekly/monthly/quarterly for direct manager
-Plan and implement weekly/monthly/quarterly plans
-Research and forecast tourism market trends in Vietnam
-Search and sign a contract with a partner oriented by the Company
-Perform client tasks as assigned by the manager
-Coordinate with departments to support partner&039;s problems

-Responsible and Proactive, Self-Innovated
-Ability to monitor, deploy and report tasks
-At least 02 years experiences in Tourism Industry
-Able to work independently as well as teamwork
-University graduated, proficient in office informatics
-Excellent communication skills, Problem solving skills
-Fluent in English
-Strong skills in planning, information research, analytical skills and strategic planning
