Partnership Distribution Sales Trainer/ Senior Sales Trainer

1.Training Delivery
•Do monthly training delivery plan for the territory in charge
•Take in charge training delivery for Partnership Distribution Sales Force and Partnership Distribution Junior Sales Management team
•Monitor and ensure the quality of training delivery including active ratio, participation rate, compliance… within the territory in charge
2.Sales Support
•Coordinate with Partnership Distribution Sales Force team to support sales activities
•Support other Partnership Distribution Sales Trainers in communicating about training activities
3.Training materials design and improvement
•Coordinate with Design, Development team in giving feedback and improving current material in line with business need and interest of target audience
•Take in charge of designing project-based training material
4.Relationship Management
•Maintain and improve the quality of internal and external relationships to gain the best working results
5.Any other tasks assigned by management level
