Job Description
Manage and develop B2B, Payment, and Partnership partners.
- Track and analyze metrics to recommend performance optimizations to improve efficiency and revenue.
- Conduct negotiation, contract signing, integration, and deployment with partners and related departments.
- Coordinate with partners to carry out sales and promotional activities for services.
- Responsible for managing and in charge of cooperative service partners; including payment channels (Bank, Momo, VNPAY, ZaloPay...), providing products and services (ZNS, Agoda, ..), and other partners when there is a cooperation plan. Always ensure smooth operation.
- Make periodic reportsreports accordingly to each specific promotion.
Develop features for operation and online sales
- Work with delivery partners.
- Monitor statistics and generate relevant reports on operating outcomes (revenue, expenses, etc.)
- Build new models, work with implementation departments, and deploy models to optimize operational indicators.
- Describe and develop various features of promotions, and web/app minigames… to attract customers and increase sales.
- Ensure that items are displayed on the web/app (banner, landing page).

Requirements
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Economics / Business Administration / Finance…
- Good communication skills, comfortable working with all departments as well as with external partners.
- Good at numbers, logical thinking and good numerical analysis.
- Careful, meticulous, responsible
- Experience in similar positions (Partnership/Key Account…)
- Good problem solving skills.
