Parts Supervisor Automotive / Industrial

• Ensures all MHE used in the warehousing operations are correctly, suitably maintained in accordance to operational needs
• Organizes and improves the identification, storage of stocked and new parts in Branch and makes corresponding audit compliant traceable updates in the required system
• Is responsible for the performance, training and conduct of the Parts Team
• Ensures a monthly correspondence with PDC SEA as part of a S&OP process for parts planning
• Any other tasks as required by immediate superior
• Oversees warehouse operational safety including formulating safety measures to suit operational and legislative requirements
• Responsible for monthly supply chain measurements to stakeholders in a timely and accurate manner
• Ensures the appropriateness of inventory levels to support the business operations against KPI of inventory efficiency
• Manage documents requirements in the planning, import and export of parts
• Ensure upkeep of documentary requirements for compliant and efficient workflows
• Responsible for the efficient and effective planning of the warehousing facility in Branch
• Responsible for the monthly core return process from Vietnam to PDC SEA working in unison to achieve an effective and efficient activity.
• Act as a Crown representative for all inbound and outbound Freight forwarding agencies, responsible for the co-ordination and delivery of services and goods from these providers.

• Excellent written and spoken English as you are required to communicate with English speaking colleagues around the region
• Prefer a candidate who can relocate or live in district 7, 8 or Nha Be district
• Competent in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Power point
• Familiarity and exposure to international trade
• Experienced in inventory planning, freight spend, logistics and customer service methodologies and tactics
• Male is preferable
• In depth understanding and experience in Supply Chain/Logistic (especial in spare parts/vehicle equipment/elevator spare parts). 4-5 years of experience
