PARTS SUPERVISOR CUM STOREMAN (urgent)

Parts Supervisor’s role:
Manage parts operations within the dealership, parts and accessory sales, inventory control, and expense control:
Inventory the contents of a warehouse 2 times/year.
Monitor sales revenue, inventory.
Transfer the goods between dealerships.
Follow customers liabilities.
Plan for Marketing and sell parts and accessories.
Make quotation parts and accessories for customer, PRO, SRO, commission claim form.
Register promotion, sale off for parts and accessories.
Manage team members and timekeeping.
Make warranty claim of parts and accessories (if any).
Make Pri - Focus, weekly report, composite, aging stock.
Search and contact vender for parts and accessories.
Create, check and propose a retail price sheet for parts and accessories.
Storeman’s role:
Setup and maintain an appealing retail environment and assist all customers with their shopping and purchase of merchandise:
Purchase:
· NAV & inventory check to order P&A.
Sales:
· Frequently checking inventory.
· Made transfer order to order location.
· Make quotation on NAV to get deposit.
· Translation next part create part no, customer code, made. Receiving shipment from Shipping Receiving department and check again invoice agreement neatly.
· Delivery P&A to service & customers.
· Make sales order on NAV, voucher, submit document to Accountant.
· Review all P.A.C.E. tapes and attend training sessions to keep current with P&A merchandising & inventory control topics as assigned by the Parts Manager.
· Sales price, price update request.
· Register P&A SO for sales bikes for within 2 months.
· Other duties as assigned.
· Tracking Accounts receivable inform order status for customer.
