Pattern Designer

Work description:
After new base patterns created and implemented, work with Production Manager, Suitopia and Gerber to effectively implement the Gerber MTM module
Random quality inspection of patterns and markers following product specification sheets / order forms.
Create, develop, test and maintain gradings applied to base patterns
Create, develop, test and maintain base patterns to match different body types
Create, develop, test and maintain sizing tables for standard size orders for different customers, and make sure these are applied correctly
Perform other duties assigned by the Production Manager at MCT or CEO of Suitopia
Instruct Senior Pattern Maker how to implement patterns
Overall responsible for all patterns at MCT for all products
Work closely with all production departments
Create, develop, test and maintain movement formulas for different base patterns and designs
Create, develop, test and maintain base patterns according to the company and/or customer instructions
Together with Senior Pattern Maker supervise and control the activity of the pattern makers and making sure that all instructions regarding the new base patterns, design, fit, size tables, gradings, movement formulas are understood, implemented and followed
Reporting to : Production Manager
