Payable Accountant- MŨI NÉ

- Perform daily actual cash count and submit to General Accountant/GM for review and approval;
- Working with suppliers for issues related to Purchase Orders, Delivery and VAT invoices;
- Book keeping expenses to accounting software timely and reliably;
- Support General Accountant in controlling expenses within the budget; and
- Record all cash receipts and cash payments into the cash book correctly and timely;
- Verify the cash collection paper works prepared by shift team leaders and consolidate the actual cash receipt with total cash on paper works;
- Cooperate with other departments to collect & check the sufficiency & legality of all invoices & supporting documents before making payments;
- Support General Accountant in controlling the movement of Inventory, Fixed assets;
- Support in auditing, tax inspection and other relating works if requested.
- Be in charge of cash book at hostel;

- Honesty and willing to learn and change; and
- Ability to work independence and in a team
- Good communication in English;
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field;
- At least 2-3 years of experience as cashier or account payable accountant in hospitality industry;
- Office Informatics such as MS Office, Accounting software;
