Payment/ Audit Assistant Manager (HCMC)

- Check and control the progress of payment, advance and withdrawal of advances under contracts.
- Handle of the increased and decreased volumes during the construction process
- Instruction for setting up and checking price units, monitoring and supervising the payment process.
- Gather and monitor the actual amount of construction work; Check the volume, check payment documents submitted by contractors and consultants.
- Make a payment plan for the project; Prepare and provide a payment form for consultants and contractors.
- Check and compare between payment request volume and contract volume.
- Coordinate with accounting and technical departments to complete the payment times for contractors and consultants.
- Check and evaluate unit prices in the bidding documents and arising unit prices (if any)
- Check and review volume, cost estimates of construction drawings, collate with basic design and approved cost estimation.
- Check and manage payment documents, contracts of contractors and consultants

University degree or above graduated in Construction, Architecture, Construction Economics
- High concentration, attention to detail & meticulousness
- High responsibility and able to work under high pressure.
- Ability to work independently and well coordinate with other Dept.
- Knowledge of the relevant standards, cost estimation, and payment and cost management.
- At least 05 years working experience in medium/ large scale construction company;
- Good using cost estimation software
