This job holder is responsible for implementing the Compensation and Benefits guidelines and policies in the area of Compensation & Benefits area. Be responsible for ensuring employees are paid accurately and timely.

• Prepare & conduct orientation for new employees on topic of Compensations & Benefits
• Implement compensation & benefits guidelines, policies, programs, plans and initiatives and translate into payroll.
• Assist in managing the annual salary review and variable compensation process, including the development of policies and guidelines.
• Coordinating and administering the employee personal accident/health insurance and liaising with Insurance Company in required to ensure the claims proceed properly.
• Prepares the monthly payroll, coordinating the processes for payment of the various components of salary.
• Maintain/update/develop HR Procedures to ensure effective operations within the organization, and compliance to local law and regulations
• Responsible for payment of legal charges and statutory withholdings, such as social security, personal income tax.
• Implement assigned HR processes and projects in the area of Compensation & Benefits.
• Prepare employment contract in order to be in line with Company rules and regulations.

• Minimum 03 years of professional experience in a similar role within an international manufacturing environment
• Proficient in Microsoft especially MS Excel. A digital-savvy and quick learning ability.
• Education background in Human Resources, Business Administration or relevant majors
• Results driven, strong analytical thinking and process-oriented mindset.
• Profound experience in Compensation & Benefits, knowledge in employment law/practices and legal requirements.
• Team orientation, and ability to work effectively with all levels of the organization
