Payroll Specialist

ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
The Payroll specialist will be responsible for delivering quality & accurate payroll management of the Vietnam business by managing the payroll & time and attendance and ensuring compliance with internal and external standards.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Support payroll consolidation efforts in the country
- Manage the administration of employee benefits
- End to end processing of local Statutory HR Compliance
- Manage and resolve employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance & leave management system
- Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input & output including leave, attendance management & related statutory reports.
- Ensure overall compliance to applicable standards e.g. SOX
- Assume responsibility for accurate payroll reporting and data requests

- Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Vietnam.
- Customer focused mindset coupled with the ability to manage customers in an understanding and professional manner
- Excellent verbal and written communication both in English and Vietnamese languages
- Enthusiastic, self- driven individual with a positive mindset who is capable of working with individuals at all the levels and with stakeholders across different functions and geographies
- Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
- Exposure to ‘PeopleSoft’ and &039;Service Now&039; will be an added advantage
- Minimum Graduate Education; Post graduate management in HR will be an added advantage
- Strong Drive for Results, Responsiveness, Speed and ability to navigate a matrix organization. Ability to interpret data to understand workload capacity and trends in service.
- At least 3 of experience in HR Operations / HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll and HR Shared Services in a diverse and complex organization
- Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high Proficiency in MS Excel is must
